Question 1

Will your tire machine scratch my wheels?

Accepted Answer

Our Hunter touchless tire machine is designed so the mounting head doesn't touch the rim during mounting and dismounting. That greatly reduces the risk of the scuffs and gouges that conventional machines can leave on large or expensive wheels.

Question 2

My Porsche has a vibration at highway speed. Can you find it?

Accepted Answer

Very often, yes. Our Road Force balancer measures how the tire and wheel behave under load, which helps find vibrations that a standard balance misses. If the cause isn't the tire or wheel, we'll diagnose further.

Question 3

Can you diagnose a Porsche warning light or performance issue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Diagnostics are a core service for us. We work from OEM service information to find the root cause rather than guessing at parts.

Question 4

Is an independent shop a good option for my out-of-warranty Porsche?

Accepted Answer

For many owners, yes. You get factory-trained technicians, OEM-spec fluids and procedures, and a 2-year / 40,000 km warranty from a local specialist.
